If you’d like faster item processing than normal, you can purchase an extra "Rush my order" upgrade option from my listings. When you buy an item please add this extra update option to your order before checkout. If you buy this “Rush my order!” option, your order will be bumped up to the top of my list and your item will be completed much quicker. This rush order option is to speed up PROCESSING TIME and your item will leave my shop much earlier but it does NOT include a shipping upgrade. If you buy several items from my shop you have to buy the same number of the “Rush my order!” options if you'd like quicker processing time for all of the items! The extra upgrade option speeds up the processing for only one item!

Custom and personalised orders

I use Royal Mail for both UK and international shipping. In the UK the standard shipping is Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class. Sending outside the UK I use Royal Mail international tracked and signed if possible or international tracked if that is the only option for that destination. Please note that after shipping a parcel, I have no influence or responsibility on the time of postal delivery.
