We measure beads by mm and strands by inch. Sometimes there is a weight which is normally grams (gm) for Baltic Amber or carat (ct) for some cabochons. TCW means total carat weight (i.e. for a pair of stones). Read our descriptions for sizing detail we can't fit into the title.

Always read the description as we can't fit everything into the title. Detailed sizing, and quantity, plus grade, color/hue and other variables are found in the descriptions near the top. View all photos for different lighting and angles of the products. Our beads and stones are photographed individually and you will receive the item pictured in the listing. At the bottom of our descriptions is repetitive general info so once you are familiar with our shop you won't need to reread the bottom sections every time.

All of our turquoise is from solid natural Turquoise stone and we disclose any stabilization by referring to it as "Genuine" in the title and the type of stabilization in the description (unlike many sellers). Turquoise titled "Natural" is 100% unstabilized. We never sell imitation, reconstituted, dyed or pressed block "turquoise". "Southwest" refers to mines in the US southwest and Northern Mexico (primarily Sonora). We identify the mines, states and regions in our descriptions and tags. We added a new section for only Southwest Turquoise beads to make your search easier. We included Nevada White Buffalo "turquoise", even though it is actually Dolomite (which we also disclose), as many think of it as a turquoise.
