The ordering process is SIMPLE as 1, 2, 3.

1) Complete the purchase transaction on ETSY.

2) Then go to the FOLLOWING LINK to upload your photos:

3) Simply fill out the supplied form fields (First Name, Last Name, E-Mail, ETSY order number)

Any personalization requests (dates, initials, quotes, other text, etc...) that you would like added can be specified in the customization request field.

★: You can now specify a deliver by date using our integrated calendar. 📅

Then drag and drop or click and choose the photos you would like us to use to create your artwork and click SEND!

★ ★ We generally suggest between 25-40 photos per piece of art but can accommodate more or less depending on your needs.★ ★

A *PROOF* will be provided for every iteration of your artwork:

Once we have processed your custom photo collage, we will send you A PREVIEW OF THE PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTWORK FOR YOU TO REVIEW and then REVISIONS can be requested as necessary.

Once approval is acquired, we will send you the COMPLETED ARTWORK IN THE SELECTED FORMAT along with our client release form (licensing transfer) and printing guidelines (should you elect to print additional copies in the future), which will provide you with the all of the documentation necessary to print at your own discretion!

★ The artwork for this format option DOES NOT INCLUDE THE PRINTED ARTWORK. The resulting artwork will be presented as a high-resolution, printable JPEG image of the completed collage! SEE below for DETAILS.

Your artwork will be created using some of our iMAGICnation tools. Once our digital artists have completed the masterpiece, you will receive the artwork as a high-resolution JPEG file. You may then elect to either print the artwork at home or send the artwork to a brick and mortar photo developer near you.

(We recommend Walgreens, Office Depot and Staples as they all offer same day development services and offer a good quality product at a great value.)

★ We will convey the licensing rights for this artwork to you; therefore, you can produce as many prints as you prefer!

★ We can also format for CANVAS development! If you would like your artwork formatted for CANVAS just let us know and we'll make it happen!

We will print the custom photo collage in-house using our state of art giclee printer and premium high-resolution, resin coated, micro-porous, bright white photo grade paper designed for the highest quality color images. Then will place the artwork in a plastic sleeve, insert it into a durable artwork tube and ship it to your destination.

★★NOTE: This format option DOES NOT INCLUDE the frame. We can offer framing suggestions similar to those illustrated in our photos, but the printed artwork WILL NOT come framed!★★

Artsy Einstein Designs worked very hard to develop a great photo upload interface that will easily allow you to either drag and drop images from your computer and phone or to extract your images from a multitude of social media or storage media sites where photos are stored. Not techy? No worries... We have upload solutions for anyone with internet access and we are here to help in any way needed every step of the way! We are a consumer-centric solution provider and want to ensure that every client is accommodated in every way possible.

Each image within the collective design is placed with precision and aesthetic awareness. We ensure that each image is a focal point of the collective whole and this requires a thorough and rigorous review of each detail of the final output. Therefore, we allocate 48-72 hours to produce each piece which is subject to change based on the volume of demand.

We will sporadically release new artwork as we encounter or create artwork that we believe will appeal to our client base. However, in the event that you do not find a product that appeals to you, let us know and we will have it designed via commission with a local artist, design it in-house or we will find a comparable alternative. Our goal is to make your vision come to life and we will take the necessary ethical steps to ensure that your vision becomes reality.

Photo Submissions

It is vitally important that photos are submitted in a timely manner to ensure that your artwork can be composed within the anticipated delivery window. We will make every reasonable effort to contact our customers regarding orders in the queue where we have not received the photos required for composition.

If photos are not received within 90 days following the sale transaction, the customer will forfeit all rights to a refund for the artwork. We will continue to honor the contractual commitment to develop the artwork through 180 days following the sale transaction.

After 180 days, all rights to the composition (regardless of format type) will be forfeited.
