Stronger new wire for my popular shawl pins!
This new silver aluminum wire is still non tarnishing and beautiful, but now it's much tougher for your bigger or heavier knits!

I hand hammered the whole thing for strength and a more rustic look. Shaped like a pine tree in celtic knotwork.

It holds your scarf or shawl together to keep out the cold or prevent it from falling.This can't be used for close knit weaves(cotton or very tight knits) that won't let the metal through,only for crochet or knit shawls or scarves. It is for medium to heavy shawls and scarves. This is 10 gauge wire and can hold up much better than the 12 gauge aluminum in much of my other shawl pins.

It is so light you won't even notice you're wearing it, but everyone else will!

Aluminum is an awesome metal to work with as it's flexible,inexpensive, light, won't tarnish, and can be anodized to create a rainbow of different wire colors.

Yours will be just like the one pictured though it is handmade and will vary slightly.

Size: about 5 to 5.5 inches long inches with the stick

Your item comes packaged in a biodegradable glassine bag ready for eco-friendly gift giving.
