We provide an estimated window for delivery times provided by Royal Mail. Sometimes there may be delays and we ask that you are patient with delivery times. We hope you can understand that once your card has been posted the actual delivery time is entirely out of our control. Unfortunately there are rare occasions when a card may get lost . Should this happen please contact us.

Orders outside of the United Kingdom

Once your order arrives in your country, it will most likely need to be checked at customs. Because of this we can only provide an estimated window for delivery (provided by Royal Mail). Please ensure you provide your full address and double check for any spelling errors to avoid delays. If you wish to track your order you can upgrade your shipping at checkout.
