I always try to take as accurate a picture of the pieces as possible. Please be aware that many computer monitors don't display colors as true as they really are, therefore I make every effort to explain the pieces in detail in the description (including sizes), so make sure to read AND see exactly what you are ordering. Also please keep in mind that all pictures are shown LARGER THAN ACTUAL SIZE to be able to clearly show you the details of my work. Pay close attention to the text in each listing. Read EVERYTHING! It will clearly list the size of the items you are purchasing. All pictures are taken very close up in order to give you the opportunity to get the best view possible, and I have added pics near a ruler and US dime for scale.

Since there are only 24 hours in a day, and I do have other responsibilities (like being a single mom!) it will normally take me 1-3 business days to process and make each order. I try very hard to get orders out even quicker when possible. On busier times, it could take slightly longer, up to 5 business days. If you need something right away, please convo me and I will do all I can to get it to you as quickly as possible. I do my best to get all orders out in a timely manner, but sometimes you just can't rush perfection! I now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 for domestic US delivery only. Shipping is done via USPS Ground Advantage mail with tracking. Upgrading to Priority Mail in the US is available.

If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to let me know within an hour after placing the order. Depending on when you place the order, I may have already put it into the production schedule and it may be too late. Please check with me first if you have any questions about anything. Thanks!

My policies state that custom and personalized items are NOT returnable unless there is a mistake on my part (wrong spelling, wrong metal type, etc) and that does happen from time to time as I am human and not a machine. But with that being said, I want all of my customers to LOVE the jewelry I create for them so please contact me with any concerns you may have (prior to leaving me bad feedback please!) and I am always more than willing to work out an acceptable solution for both sides. I love what I do and I want to make sure my customers do too!

This listing is for the very popular 14k solid gold initial necklace. The tiny 3/8" are great for single initials and multiple pieces on one chain. The example is shown with one 3/8" pendant on a 16" chain, lowercase typewriter font, hammered finish. You can choose the number of pendants you would like, and also the length of the chain and type of finish you prefer. (font and finish options are shown in pictures above) You will have your choice of options available on the drop down menus when adding to your cart. It is all solid 14k gold, pendant is 3/8" (10mm, 22 gauge solid 14k gold) and the 1.5mm cable chain is offered in 16, 18, and 20" lengths.

Each necklace comes packaged in my signature gift box and tucked into an organza gift bag. If you are ordering multiple pieces, sometimes I will put more than one piece into a box. If they are for separate gifts, let me know and I will box them accordingly. Receipts and prices are never included in my packaging. Arrived as expected, excellent quality. I ordered with the hammered pendant (which is hard to picture, but I tried my best). The light catches it beautifully. I also ordered the 18in chain. I wear this necklace almost everyday and the quality is amazing! I love it!
