What is hand stamping?

Hand stamping is done by using a brass hammer and hitting a metal stamp of a letter, number, or other character on to a piece of metal. The stamp leaves an impression in the metal that will never go away! Hand stamping makes a deeper impression than engraving, and ink can be placed in the impression left to make it stand out. Each character is stamped separately which is why no two hand stamped pieces will ever be the same.

Can I make changes to my order after sending it?

Unfortunately there are times when I may start working on your order right away, so changing it may not be possible. Please double check to make sure you have everything typed correctly in the personalization section when checking out so that your order will be perfect.

How is my order packaged?

All orders are packaged in cotton lined gift boxes or organza bags, ready for gift giving, unless stated otherwise.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped in a padded envelope (or possibly a box if sent via priority mail). I send all orders through USPS ground advantage mail, unless priority or priority express has been chosen. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent. Please make sure that your address is correct before submitting your order. If your order gets sent back to me because of a problem with your address, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

How long does it take for my order to get shipped out?

Orders are sent out within 1-3 days unless stated otherwise in the listing.

What if I don't receive my order by the estimated delivery date?

When I send out your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail to track your package. Your package, if sent by USPS ground advantage mail, takes approximately 2-5 business days to arrive. If you do not receive your package by the estimated delivery date, check the tracking information. If you do not receive your order within a week, contact USPS for more information (make sure you have your tracking number available). Unfortunately, your order is not insured unless priority mail is chosen.

Returning items that are not personalized

Items that qualify for a return are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

This is a great gift to show that special teacher you care! This aluminum cuff bracelet comes hand stamped with the words "TEACH 🖤 LOVE 🖤 INSPIRE" on the outside, and if chosen, you can personalize the inside with the year and From (Love , Regards, etc.) and a name (*Please note that I cannot stamp a phrase/sentence on the inside due to it affecting the strength of the bracelet). Just remember to write what inscription you would like stamped on this bracelet in the personalization section if you choose to have the inside of the cuff bracelet stamped. Choose to have black or red hearts or to leave the ink out of the letters and hearts completely (the bracelet looks beautiful without the ink as well), and choose a brushed (more of a matte finish- easy to get rid of scratches using 0000 grade steel wool) or polished finish- see last picture for details. This bracelet can be adjusted to fit your wrist by gently squeezing it tighter or gently pulling it open more to fit your wrist. Bracelet comes packaged in a cotton lined box, ready for gift giving.
