All our dresses are handmade in a very limited amount. That's why your wedding dress is for sure to be unique and one-of-a-kind! That's is also the reason why we do not accept returns and exchanges! If you are not satisfied with your items / service for any reason, please contact us with the problem. Friendly customer service is our first priority and we'll do our best to help you as much as we can!

Fabric swatches can be provided on request free of charge - you'll only have to cover shipping fee. We also can provide you with additional photos of chosen item.

The order will be shipped to your Paypal address - please make sure that it is correct. Shipping is made from Ukraine by standard-registered mail (include tracking number). All international packages are subject to customs and we have no control over the length of time customs may keep your package. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left our studio.
