Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Ground Advantage(First Class) and Priority shipping are offered at checkout with estimated delivery dates to your zip code. Rush/overnight is not available as most products are made-to-order. Please also refer to your Etsy receipt for the estimated delivery date of your purchase.

If you just placed your order and realized there is a error, please convo us immediately and we will cancel it so you can place a new order. Why cancel? Your ordered item(s) must match what you receive and your shipping address placed with your order must match the shipping label. But please note your order begins shortly after being placed and once in production, cannot be cancelled.

I am no longer able to accommodate custom design requests or color matching but I do accept limited customization for many of my listings. This includes switching a color for another on my Color Palette (of 65 colors), switching a flower for another, or small adjustments to a flower size. Please note I do not make my flowers larger than 2 inches\5cm).For my rhinestone collection, many listings automatically provide color options but you are welcome to request multiple colors and arrangements.

Flowers are original, hand sculpted without molds or paint using polymer clay, a durable and water-resistant material.

To maintain low shipping costs and packaging waste, multiple items are consolidated to one white standard box or clear bag. For individual gift boxes for multiple items or gift-ready packaging, simply select the "Gift Wrapping" upgrade at checkout for $2. Price receipts are issued via email and are not included with packaging except for international orders (required to pass through Customs).

We provide a 30-day return/exchange policy with the exception of customization.
Return within 30 calendar days of delivery date in unused condition in original packaging or a secure shipping box (no envelopes). Buyer is responsible for return and original shipping costs.
