LIFE EXPECTANCY OF PVC VINYL

All PVC Vinyl pieces are made from a high-quality resilient material, the life expectancy is similar to that of real leather if not longer due to the material being man-made and produced with longevity in mind.

PVC Vinyl is an extremely durable and resilient material making the cleaning process simple and easy. Though we state to clean all pieces after every use, this is not necessary, it is up to you as and when you clean your pieces, it is only really necessary to clean them if they are visibly dirty. HOW TO CLEAN To clean your piece you can simply use water and soap, PVC Vinyl is a waterproof material meaning in most cases it won't get stained unless exposed to high temperatures ( Close to boiling point ) "this is how we dye our pieces" this means in most cases you are simply removing dust. Please keep in mind that exposing PVC Vinyl pieces that have been dyed to high heat can open the pores of the material allowing the colour to escape.

Due to the nature of some of our products the customer agrees they are solely responsible for any harm brought to them or others once the product has been received.

All items are packaged in high gloss-black mailing bags/boxes which are lined with bubble wrap. everything is thoroughly sealed before transport. If customs require us to state the contents of a package we simply put its raw material form i.e PVC and or chain.

We do not currently offer an engraving service at this time.

Due to increased import charges to the USA we are unable to offer a return service at this time. Customers can still return an order if they are happy to pay import charges to the UK. We can then offer a full refund excluding shipping costs and import duties.
