No, due to the high costs of shipping with tracking internationally, this is an additional cost option available at Checkout.

The item is made within one day of ordering and sent using Royal Mail. It will take 7 - 30 working days to reach you due to customs clearance, tariffs, weather or other delays. It is out of our control once it leaves us.

How to care for my jewellery?

Most of my items are gold, rose gold or silver plated with the exception of some items which are stainless steel and tarnish free (real flower crosses). As it is plated, great care has to be taken whilst wearing the jewellery ensuring the jewellery is taken off at night, before showering, bathing, swimming, going to the gym or using creams etc. Therefore, I enclose very detailed care instructions with every package. Please ensure that you are suited to plated jewellery before purchasing.

What happens if a wrong address is given?

Please ensure that you give a full complete address when ordering. If the address autofills, please check it carefully. We cannot accept responsibility for wrong addresses given and the package getting lost. If the package gets return to Little English Jewelry, then we will contact you to ask whether you would like the item to be resent and ask you to purchase shipping again.

Can I have a different design or colour?

Yes of course we are open to any ideas. If you want a different colour or a different charm. If we have it, then you can have it!
