GENERAL INFORMATION
All Little Ms. Stitch yarn is dyed using professional grade acid dyes and made in small batches to try and ensure color quality, consistency, and integrity. Each finished skein is given an extensive rinse until the water runs clear. Hand washing in hot water with/or using abrasive soap can cause the yarn to release color, so please, wash in only cool water with a gentle soap intended for hand dyed wool products.
Because of the nature of hand dyed yarn, each skein is an independent work of art and colors may vary slightly between skeins, even within a same dye lot. When working with multiple skeins, consider alternating skeins every other row to help blend colors. Colors can vary from monitor to monitor, and I have tried my best to capture true colors in my photos. When ordering multiples of any color, I will do my best to keep colors consistent between skeins.
Returns and exchanges will be available if the shop is contacted within 3 days of receipt of product, the product is in its original, unused, packaged condition, and products returned within 7 days at the buyer’s expense. Returns based on improper care of the product will not be considered. Please see care instructions for further information. Returns and exchanges because of knots will only be provided if there are more than 3 knots in a single skein (We always hope for zero!).
I dye in a pet friendly / smoke free home, and while I do my best to keep my inventory away from the pets, I cannot promise a fur free product!
CARE INSTRUCTIONS FOR LITTLE MS. STITCH PRODUCTS
Handwash your item in COOL water only and lay flat to dry.
Hand dyed yarn MAY bleed minimally in the first few washes. This is not abnormal and can be caused by using warm or hot water. To help counter this, always wash in COOL water with your favorite neutral pH wool wash (such as SOAK or Euclulan) or a little white vinegar or citric acid.
For Items made with multiple skeins of contrasting colors, we highly recommend steam blocking over complete wet blocking. Even though this is superwash yarn, your finished items life will be prolonged if you take time to hand wash it with care. Do not machine wash.
