HOW TO ORDER

Use the top down menu to select the quantity of place cards needed (30/35/40/45/50/55/60/65/70/75/80/85/90/95/100). If you require more than 100 (or another quantity), please contact me.

♥ Please provide an excel, csv file typed out document with all names for personalisation

♥ Colour choices - You can change the colours of the flowers/leaves to match your wedding theme.

You will be emailed a proof of the designs until you are completely satisfied. Once approved I will send straight to print. PLEASE NOTE: Orders can not be refunded once you have paid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS / POLICIES

All products are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. This is due to the products being bespoke to your wedding, so can not be used for anybody else. One you have made a payment you have committed to purchasing your item.

Colours will print slightly different than a visual pdf on screen. Orders will print slightly differently by the printer with each order, this can not be helped due to printer calibration, but I will always make sure printing is kept at the highest standard possible.

Once a confirmation has been sent by yourself that the design is correct, no more changes can be made as I will send straight to print.

Delivery times are estimates and may change depending on how many orders I have on at the same time. Delivery times are based from the day you approve your design. Orders posted overseas may be delayed by customs, this is nothing I have control over so please wait a few extra days.

I send all parcels that require a signature upon delivery, if a delivery attempt is made and nobody is in to sign for the parcel, you will need to pick up from your local delivery office. If still not actioned the parcel will eventually be sent back to myself. Delivery costs will need to be paid again so I can resend. I can not be responsible for failed parcel pick ups.
