How long I have to wait for my order to be emailed to me?

I edit all the designs myself and the turnaround time is 1-2 business day, if you need your design for the same day please send me a message before 4pm CT. I'm more than happy to help you!

Do you offer refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible so we can correct the problem. Due to the instant nature of our designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our digital items. But, I can and will do everything possible to make sure you are happy with your order. Made a great birthday card for my daughter. My daughter is turning 12 and the design is perfect for her age. Love the design that she came up with. I will most definitely get with HeyLlamaDesign again the next time I need an invitation done/made.
