Ladder Design Details:
The intelligent rail system and retractable design make storing and moving easy.
Standard ladder has an approx. 4-foot retraction with dimensions of 22"W x 7.5"D and a 5.5" tread depth.
Crafted by hand, made with high quality steel and wood.
Wood is sealed three times with a high-quality clear coating.
Loft ladder includes all hardware/instructions.
***If your floor to floor dimension is a 1/2 foot or above, please round up the next ladder size***
(ex. 9.5ft floor to floor = 10ft ladder)
