Custom and personalised orders

We have the largest felt ball range in New Zealand! And all our felt balls are made from New Zealand wool too - we're pretty happy about that :) Our specialty is custom made baby mobiles and because we have such a large range of colors and sizes we can create so many designs with them. If you are interested in a custom design please send us a message first. We'll work with you to design the mobile that you want. That may include sending you a sample photo of what your chosen colors and design will look like before we make it up. We'll make the process smooth and easy and we'll do it quickly too. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom designs. A custom design includes any change to our standard designs as shown.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our baby mobiles are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and then boxed. We're happy to add in a note if you are sending it directly to someone as a gift - just left us know at the time of purchasing.

Our mobiles are super pretty however please remember that they are for decorative purposes only. Please make sure that you secure it correctly above your baby's crib and that you shorten the string as your baby gets older so it stays out of baby's reach. We include full care instructions with each mobile we send out.

So we're pretty speedy here at Tik Tak! We aim to get our orders out 1-3 business days after your payment has been processed by Etsy. We'll let you know as soon as it's been sent and if we have any delays at all we'll talk to you about it.

If you're in NZ we send your mobile by courier so you should have it within 1-3 days (+3-5 if you are rural delivery - I feel your pain...) For orders outside NZ we send international tracked. International estimates are: USA 4-12 bus days, Australia 4-12 bus days, Europe 5-14 bus days & Rest of the World 5-21 bus days - keep in mind these are official estimates provided to us & we cannot guarantee them. If you are international then your order may incur a customs or import duty charge. These are your responsibility & you can get more info online or through a local customs office if needed.

We are more then happy to combine shipping. Just send us a message and we can give you a combined shipping price.

Our baby mobiles measure approx 25cm/10in in diameter and the length can vary depending on the design style. We put the info at the bottom of each listing which is particular to that listing design. We also give you a long length of string (at least 1.5 metres) for hanging. That way you can adjust it to the length you want with plenty to spare.

Custom and Duty Charges

USA CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: We have included the 15% tariff and handling charge in the price so your order will ship directly to you with no hold up at customs. For the rest of the world: If you are international then your order may incur a customs charge or an import duty charge. These are taxes required of you from your own government and have nothing to do with us. Your own government may charge a duty tax, goods and services tax, import tax etc as well as a handling fee. These are your responsibility as a citizen of that country. We do not have any control over these charges and are unable to advise what they may be. For further information we recommend you contact your local customs office.

You can return your purchase for a refund in accordance with the returns policy which is visible on each product listing. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. The refund will be processed and given minus the actual shipping costs (us sending it to you originally) which we have already subsidized here on Etsy. If you are in the US the actual shipping cost for us is NZ$24, if you are in Canada, the UK and Europe it is NZ$30. If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address that you have provided then we will deduct those shipping costs from any refund due. Please note that all shipping services will charge a return fee. This is out of our control, so please check your address as you are liable for those costs

If you are in the US then the tariff cost is covered as well as shipping. You will not need to do anything, the package will ship directly to you with all the duties paid

Gorgeous felt ball nursery mobiles made in New Zealand!

This is our Sundown design and is made up of the colors white, mustard, dove grey, blue grey and baby pink (numbers 1, 6, 20, 23 and 49 on our color chart).

You can purchase the baby mobile on its own or add in a matching felt ball garland as well. You can choose a 2 meter or a 3 meter length - please see photos for full description.

Our felt balls are made in Nepal of 100% New Zealand wool and each ball is individually rolled. In this design we use a mixture of 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm and 4cm felt balls and our stars are 4-5cm across.

There are no knots between the felt balls so with a gentle pull you can move them and customize the position of the balls. Please note that they will not move on the string unless you move them.

This is the 2nd one of these I’ve gotten for my 2nd daughter and it is so lovely. Great quality, takes some time to arrive to the US but well worth the wait. Highly recommend.
