Tips on choosing photos for your custom painting:
- Think of it as a mini photo shoot.
- Take more photos than you think you'll need.
- Shoot them outside if possible, natural light is best to work from, flash creates harsh tones and does crazy thing to the eyes.
- Take close ups!

-Artist Statement-
I have been painting all my life and professionally since 1994. Color is an important element in my work and I seem to channel the animal I'm painting and am really able to capture the true spirit of the creature. Brush strokes will be bold as well as the colors.It is my hope that my paintings satisfy the viewer to feel the essence, whimsy and soul of the loved pet portrayed. Thanks for looking!
