Once it is in your possession, it is your responsibility to properly care for your jewelry. Prolonged or repeated exposure to moisture will damage your jewelry and cause the darkened letters to fade.

I will replace any chain that is defective or damaged upon arrival, but I do not replace chains that are broken due to wear and tear. You must reach out within 30 days of your purchase and provide an image of the defective chain to be eligible for a free replacement.

Etsy requires sellers to ship to the address a customer inputs during checkout. If you need to change your shipping address and your order hasn't shipped yet, I will cancel and refund your original order and you can repurchase using the correct address.

If your package has already gone into the mail, I am not responsible for a replacement. If it is returned to me I will re-ship it to you, at your expense. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

I'm not able to constantly check messages, so if I have already started on your order before I see your cancellation request, I will not be able to cancel your order.
