Sunglasses are made to order and will ship 7-10 business days from your order date. This does NOT include weekends or Holidays. Please make sure if you are on a tight timeframe to notify us prior to your order please. 💕 We can guarantee a ship by date we can NOT guarantee a delivery date once shipped. Orders can NOT be cancelled due to neglect of reading timelines on production and ship times as these are custom made items. Incorrect ship addresses are customers fault and are not refundable. Customer to pay cost resending sunglasses at their expense. **we can not be held responsible for lost or incorrectly delivered packages with USPS. We do not replace glasses if they are lost with USPS once delivered.

Yes we use a high grade premium semi-permanent vinyl that is cut by a high end professional cutter. We don’t use your craft store cricut machine we use machines used for high use functionality and precision cutting.

No they are NOT engraved, NO they are not painted.

Simply use the drop downs select your color add and then repeat! However if that doesn't work for you, you can choose one color and on your notes for personalization please let us know what colors you prefer.

Simply read the "Item Details" tab and we have a template for you to use and personalize, just include with your order in the notes section or message me with your order number so I can match it up.

Please keep letters (this includes symbols, punctuation and spacing) to no more than 20 characters please! Sometimes it will be less it all varies on font and phrase children’s pairs are 10-12 max characters. The longer the phrase the smaller the words will be depending on font choice. Short and sweet looks best! Please note as it states in the item description... these are vinyl stickers placed on the sunglasses. NOT hand-painted NOT printed on a machine. They are each made by hand.

Any damage must be photographed and shown with in 24 hours of delivery. Original box must be photographed as well. If insurance was not purchased we do not replaced damaged items. Any other damage will be reviewed and refunds will be in a case by case basis. No refunds or damage issues accepted after your need by date or after 24 hours of delivery.

If anything is unclear, you need confirmations, or questions on your order please note we ONLY use the Etsy platform for communication. We do not email outside of the Etsy platform for anything else with the exception of a customer sending a file.

It’s possible we may be able to catch your error if we are notified within a few hours of your order and at the latest 24 hours. Any error found by the customer after production will result in a minimum $25 Error Correction fee to reproduce and remake any order from 1-25 pairs. There is a $50 fee for 25-50 pairs and $75 for 50-100 pairs. Anything over 100 pairs will be a flat $100 fee to fix and remake your entire order. We state numerous times to verify details prior to sending over your personalization and can’t not be held responsible for any errors in spelling or capitalization. Your order WILL be delayed by 48 hours minimum for a remake. If over 50 pairs 72 hours minimum. Please double check as to avoid a correction fee.
