This gorgeous cow hide rug is dyed tone of Black. Please verify all photos for extra details. Our cowhides are hand selected at the tannery. Cowhide rugs are made from a high-quality natural material.Occasional irregularities, little scars, fire brands and small patches are due to leather's natural finish and should be regarded as a quality feature while also underlining its natural origin. Also, due to the tanning and metallic foil, sometimes the hides will display a smell which will dissipate after a few days of being open. It is like a new car smell, it goes away after a few weeks. Some of our clients who are either more sensitive to smell or just cannot wait for it to air out have used Febreze to neutralize the smell with great success.

I purchased a 5’ x 5’ cow hide died black. Shipping was great. However, the rug is cut in way that will not allow it to lie flat. Upon hearing my dissatisfaction, Customer Service responded within minutes to resolve. They have been incredibly patient and understanding of my concerns. I am pleased to share they are going above and beyond to resolve this situation. We have not yet reached a solution, but I can say with confidence this is a merchant committed to excellence. I would recommend purchasing with them.
