For NON-fiber optic mane extensions ONLY:

1. When washing the mane extensions, use mild shampoo with cool water.
2. If the mane extensions become tangled, soak them in hot water and fabric softener.

*It is recommended to use your fingers to comb through the extensions. If you use a comb, gently comb from the bottom to the top to reduce breakage.

For fiber optic mane extensions ONLY:

*AVOID GETTING MOISTURE ON THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT.*

1. Section off the synthetic hair from the fiber optics.
2. Gently wipe down with cool water and mild shampoo.

*It is recommended to use your fingers to comb through the extensions. If you use a comb, gently comb from the bottom to the top to reduce breakage.

The plastic cover on the battery compartment is lightweight to prevent the extensions for sliding out, therefore it is fragile.

GENTLY pry open the seam a little bit every centimeter around the battery compartment.

CAREFULLY remove the battery compartment cover.

*NOTE* The adhesive around the fiber optics are especially fragile and may crack the compartment cover if you’re not careful upon removing the cover.

Replace the AG10 batteries (make sure all three batteries are facing the same direction with the label facing the right).

Carefully place the cover back on.
