Custom and personalized orders

We specialize in custom jewelry. We create every piece from scratch, starting from gathering your ideas. At your request, we will send you photos of the center gem and a sketch for your approval. We then cast the piece, set the gem, and then send you last photos for your final approval. Custom jewelry is usually completed within 2-4 weeks, excluding holiday seasons. We also provide personalized services such as resizing, engraving, diamond upgrades, and alterations. Please note, we don’t recommend engraving for any wedding rings with width smaller than 1.5mm.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. All jewelry is handcrafted to order and created just for you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us. We will gladly accept your return within 30 days of delivery for exchange or refund. The jewelry must be in original and unused condition as you received. If a package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment and notify us immediately. Should you need to return, you MUST contact us to obtain a Return Authorization. We will email your detailed return instructions. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Refunds will be promptly processed, provided you follow our return policies. Please allow up to 7 business days to process from the date of delivery of your return. Refunds will be sent back through the payment method you used to originally purchase the item. Please note: • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. • All items altered without our authorization are not returnable and non-refundable.

During the first 90 days from the date of delivery, you may enjoy ONE of the following services: • Free ring resizing (excluding eternity rings) • Free one time reset or replace of any damaged or lost diamonds 1mm or smaller. (Replacement of any larger gemstones is available at a discounted price) • Free repair for damaged prongs, tightening of loose stones, broken earring posts • Free rhodium plating (for white gold items) For lifetime you may enjoy: • Free professional cleaning and polishing when you have paid repair service with us • Comprehensive repair service for $70, including resetting a stone, tightening of loose stones, cleaning, polish and rhodium plating. *Client pays shipping costs.

We fully insure every shipment and require signature confirmation at delivery. We ship primarily via USPS. Please contact us if you would like another carrier or expedited shipment. We offer free Priority shipping to clients in U.S. for orders over $500. International customers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchase.

Many of the custom designs that our customer’s enjoy are intricate. We love this! We love producing these intricate works of art. As with any other intricate work of art, you will want to be aware of how you care for them. Chemicals can dull your stones, particularly moissanite and morganite. Chlorine in pools, shampoo and conditioner in the bath, salt water in the ocean – all can dull gems quickly. Also while the metal settings on your stones are strong metal, they are also small. Bumping your jewelry on car doors, pot handles, bicycle handlebars, kitchen counters can scratch your jewelry and bend the prongs that hold in its stones. Don’t fear! A low-cost cleaning, polishing and tightening service is included in your TMD warranty

Caring for Pave Jewelry

Don’t you love pave! All those tiny diamonds “paved” into glittering surfaces with precision settings! Pave is huge drama and brilliant sparkle compressed into a tiny package with careful work under a magnifying glass! That said, these tiny wonders need some respect and diligent care. Smaller diamonds are held in with smaller prongs or indentations in the metal. These can be bent by collision with your kitchen counter or by catching the edge of your jeans pocket. The multitude of small gems also have more crevices and need more frequent cleanings – but never with a harsh brush. TMD extended warranty covers them for 3 years. Please consider adding on this service to protect your pave jewelry or for peace of mind.

We offer an interest-free installment payment plan. You pay 1/3rd of the full price as a down payment, which we use to start design and sketches. You later pay another 1/3rd payment, which allows us to hand pick the center stone for your jewelry. The final 1/3rd payment allows us to cast, set and finish your piece. Contact us for details.

♦ How Are Lab-Grown Diamonds Created? ♦

- Lab-grown diamonds exhibit the same optical, physical, and chemical properties as natural diamonds. While it is nearly impossible to detect lab-grown diamonds by sight, the growing process leaves behind evidence of any diamond’s origin.

- There are two types of process -- Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and High-Pressure High-Temperature (HPHT).

CVD starts with a natural diamond slice (or seed) placed in a chamber and exposed to less extreme temperatures and lower pressure. Recent advancements have made this growth process more advantageous. Methane and hydrogen gas are injected into the chamber and combined with high heat. The electrons separate, forming plasma gas. The freed carbon then rains down on the seed, growing new diamond crystals. Typically, this process produces brown or gray diamonds, which are turned colorless through an HPHT annealing process. This process takes several days to a few weeks.

The HPHT process grows diamonds using diamond presses, machines that mimic the extreme conditions that form diamonds within Earth’s upper mantle. In this process, diamond source powder dissolves in molten metal flux and deposits on diamond seed crystals. This process takes several days to a few weeks.
