During the Covid-19 situation, we strongly advise our international customers (we are in the UK) to use the TRACKED option. You will receive a tracking ID number when your stickers are posted and will be able to follow your order on it's journey to you.

If you are not in the UK and do not use the tracked service, we will be unable to update you on your orders progress. Due to the current situation with Covid-19, all postal services are experiencing delays of up to 6 weeks due to a lack of staff, increased demand and fewer planes and transport links. If you order and use the 'standard' option, which is untracked, we will ask you to wait the full 6 weeks before we can help you with anything that hasn't arrived. Please only order if you are OK with this.

I'm afraid I cannot replace orders that have not arrived due to an incorrect address being used. If you have made a mistake with your address, please message me as quickly as possible - if it has not been sent then I can change the address.
