The frame will hold a 4x6 inch photo and can stand portrait or landscape on the flap shown in the back, or it has brackets to be hung on a wall. The entire frame measures 5 x 6 7/8 inches, picture opening is 3 1/8 x 5 inches (please note that the opening is less than 4x6 and some of the picture will be covered by the frame).
