I ordered an item and it said it was in stock, but I got an email saying it is on backorder?

We update our quantities daily, but we do sell on multiple online platforms as well as our physical store. There can be a slight delay when something may be in stock that was just purchased on another platform (Extremely Rare). If this happens, we will contact you within 1 business day (usually within a few hours) to see if you want to cancel the order or wait until we get the item back in stock.

The image on the shirt looks bigger/smaller than it did in the picture?

The design size is the same regardless of the shirt size. All images will appear bigger on the smaller shirt sizes. Please contact us if you would like to know the approx. size of any image on a shirt.
