My order arrived and something is damaged or missing, what do I do?

I truly apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure that every order leaves the shop picked and packed properly, but occasionally mistakes happen. Please contact me and I will do whatever it takes to make it right!

How quickly do you process an order?

All orders ship within 48 hours of being placed. I go to the post office once a day Monday - Friday at 5pm EST. If you place your order before 4pm EST, it will most likely ship the same day. Any orders placed after 4pm will ship the next day. Please be advised that international orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date as they can be delayed in customs.

Who is responsible for VAT and customs fees on international orders?

For many countries (including the UK, EU, Australia, and Canada), Etsy is legally required to automatically calculate, collect, and remit VAT or GST at checkout. If your country does not collect tax at checkout, or if your order exceeds local import thresholds, you will be responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes levied by your country upon arrival.

Are all listed items currently in stock?

Yes, all items listed in our Etsy shop are physically stocked by Small Devotions Supply. We do not drop-ship from third-party suppliers or backorder your items for a prolonged period of time. On rare occasions, our live inventory numbers can be slightly off. If you order something that we cannot completely fulfill, we will contact you immediately via Etsy Messages to ask if you would prefer a prompt refund for that item or a different item instead!

Will this item tarnish over time?

Our Italian-made medals are genuine oxidized silver-plate and many of our charms and jewelry findings are a high-quality zinc alloy, so they should hold their color barring exposure to excessive moisture, like swimming or bathing, or certain lotions or perfumes. The only metals that do not tarnish are pure metals like platinum, titanium, stainless steel (especially surgical grade), and high-karat gold (18K or higher). These metals resist oxidation from sweat, water, and air, keeping their shine without requiring special maintenance. We do offer stainless steel charms, findings, chains, and more in our shop.

Do you accept returns?

Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. We gladly accept returns of items in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Request a return within: US & General International: 3 days of delivery (ship back within 7 days). EU & UK: 14 days of delivery per local consumer laws (ship back within 14 days). Once received, we will refund the product purchase price to your original payment method. Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable as those funds were already used to purchase the USPS postal label.

Are your items blessed by a priest?

We do not sell items that have been blessed by a priest. According to the Catholic Church no matter what, no blessed sacramental should ever be sold or purchased... simply put, after a blessing, the Church does not condone the trafficking of spiritual items. If you see items listed in the shop that say "Blessed Virgin Mary Medal" that does not mean the medal has been blessed, that is one of the many titles of the Virgin Mary; in Luke 1:48, Mary says, “all generations will call me blessed.”

Do you offer sales or discount codes?

At Small Devotions Supply, we prioritize offering consistently low prices every single day. Can you just mail the medal in an envelope with a stamp on it?

We completely understand that shipping fees can be frustrating! However, we cannot mail jewelry charms and medals in a standard paper envelope due to USPS regulations. Letter mail is processed by automated high-speed sorting machines. Because charms are thick and rigid, they cannot bend around the machine's tight rollers. Attempting to mail them this way causes the envelope to tear open, which permanently damages or loses the jewelry inside. To guarantee your order arrives safely and includes tracking, USPS requires these items to be shipped as a package in a protective bubble mailer.

My package is being returned due to wrong or incomplete address, what do I do?

If your package is being returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please send us a message as soon as possible with your corrected shipping address! Once the post office physically returns the package to our shop, we will contact you. Because shipping labels can only be used once, you will have two options: 1. Reshipment: We can reship the package to your corrected address once the new shipping postage is paid. 2. Refund: We can issue a refund for the product's purchase price. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded, as those funds were already spent to purchase the initial postal label.
