Still don't have the item yet, so I can't rate the quality. Giving a 4 because the leggings weren't available the day it was supposed to ship. It's highly disappointing as I didn't have time to order something else for my daughter's take-home outfit. Due to the back and forth of picking another set, it was delayed, and it was not arriving when it should have. I even asked that and was told Saturday. That was yesterday. I won't be able to go to the hospital with it after all. I wasn't even offered a discount or rush shipping for the inconvenience of not getting what I originally ordered. Unfortunately, it's kinda worthless to me now. I wish I'd just canceled it when they weren't in stock after successfully ordering. Now left trying to figure out another take-home outfit for tomorrow at the last minute.

Hi Jaynell, Thank you for leaving a review. We feel terrible about the leg warmers. The issue is we had 1 pair of newborn size left and when your order was shipping, we realized one had a hole in it. I do not see any message stating that would be delivered by Saturday, only shipping on the 9th, and a 3-4 business day delivery time, which should have been Saturday. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery delays. The good news is that tracking shows it should be delivered tomorrow. Again, our apologies, we didn't realize our last set was defective.
