Awesome Baked Hot Oatmeal with Apricots & Pecans

(Look in for recipes in other listings and on my website)

Mix together:
1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
1/2 C Chopped Pecans
1/2 C Chopped Dried Apricots
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 C Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 1/3 C Milk
2 TBSP Melted Butter

Pour into greased 9 x 9 pan & bake at 350F for 30-35 min. Good hot from the oven for breakfast, or at room temp as an afternoon snack, serve with ice cream as a dessert! Also would be good with cranberries or other dried fruit. I like pecans, but walnuts, or no nuts would also be good!
