All Items are typically dispatched within 3 working days. If whatever reason we are not able to dispatch items within 3 working days, we will contact you to advise. All items will be carefully wrapped with packing materials ready for their journey.

All items are dispatched from London, UK.

Typical delivery timelines are:
Within the UK - 2-3 days after dispatch
USA - 7-14 days (often within 7) after dispatch
Within Europe - 5 - 14 days after dispatch

If you are aware that your country has a less than reliable postal service, please contact me so we can make arrangements to ensure your item reaches you as quickly as possible.

The majority of items are dispatched via recorded and signed mail. If an item is returned as a result of buyers not signing for or collecting items, the buyer will be provided with two options. Option 1 Receive a refund, less the cost of shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Option 2 have the item sent back them for an additional postage fee. The postage fee shall be as per the original postal fee. Buyers will have 7 days to choose an option. If no option is chosen within 7 days, option 1 shall be applied.

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Refunds or discounts shall not be provided for any items delayed as a result of postal delays, items being held in customs or for any other reason, where tracking details are supplied with an item and it is evident that the item has been dispatched.
