Because of the nature of the items, custom and personalized orders cannot be cancelled once work has began (typically within 2 hours of ordering). Decals come in sets of 3, if you buy 1 set you can choose 1 color, if you buy 2 sets you can choose 2 colors and so on....

If you will be painting your risers different colors to look like books, you must wait 21 days for the paint to cure before application. See below disclaimer for low VOC/no VOC/stain proof paints.

Easy-to-read, step-by-step application instructions included with each order. This decal comes in multiple pieces, some alignment is necessary. There are many videos online that show how to apply this decal.

Wall designs will stick to most smooth flat surfaces including finished wood, metal, paint, glass, plastic, furniture, appliances, doors, windows, laptops, mirrors and much more. The decals will not stick to carpet or fabric.

*Decals may not work on some surfaces with Teflon, stain guard or Zero VOC Low Odor paints. If your paint can says VOC You may have some problems getting the decals to stick to the that surface. in some cases and due to different decal designs, temperature, humidity, oily or dusty surface area, textured surfaces, specific paints, glossy, low VOC or VOC free and oils from hands or tools may cause some difficulties with the installation, peeling, or applying your decal(s).

Please note: For freshly painted walls please allow up to 21 days for the paint to cure.

These stair decals far exceeded our expectations. The seller was very helpful during the process and allowed us to review the decals before printing. The decals arrived rolled but it was no problem as we allowed several days to flatten while the paint on the risers dried. The decals went on super easy and I didn't encounter any issues. Thanks!
