Have fun with them — that’s what they’re here for! CAN I USE THE DESIGNS FOR MY SMALL BUSINESS? Yes! 🎉 Our designs may be used to create physical finished products for your small business, such as shirts, mugs, totes, tumblers and other merchandise. However, the original digital file itself may not be resold, shared, copied, redistributed or included in another digital design bundle. CAN I SELL TRANSFERS USING YOUR DESIGNS?

Yes! You may use our designs to create and sell finished physical transfers, including DTF or sublimation transfers, unless otherwise stated in the individual listing. The original PNG file may never be resold, shared or redistributed digitally. That one gives you another whole buyer category without allowing people to simply buy your PNG and turn around and sell the same PNG.

CAN I SHARE OR RESELL THE PNG FILE?

No, please don’t. 💕 Your purchase is for use by the original purchaser. Digital files may not be copied, shared, emailed, uploaded to file-sharing groups, redistributed, resold or included in digital bundles. You’re welcome to create physical products using the design according to our usage terms, but the actual digital artwork must remain yours to use — not yours to redistribute.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS?

Because these are digital products that are available for download, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on downloaded digital files. But please don’t disappear if something isn’t working! If you receive the wrong file, have trouble downloading your purchase or notice a problem with your design, message us and we’ll do our best to help. 💗

WILL THE COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE LISTING PHOTOS?

Colors can vary slightly depending on your monitor, printer, ink, transfer method, substrate and other equipment. The mockup images are intended to show how the design may look on a finished product. They are not physical products included with your purchase. We always recommend testing your settings and materials before completing a final project.

WHAT PROGRAMS OR MACHINES CAN I USE?

PNG files are commonly used with sublimation software, print programs and many popular crafting applications. Because every machine, printer and software setup is different, please make sure the file type listed in the product description is compatible with your equipment before purchasing. We unfortunately can’t provide technical support for every printer, cutting machine or third-party software program — but we’re always happy to answer questions about the file itself.

CAN YOU CHANGE OR PERSONALIZE A DESIGN?

Some designs may be available for customization, but not all of them. If you'd like a color, word, name or other element changed, message us before purchasing and let us know what you have in mind. If the change is possible, we’ll let you know whether an additional design fee applies. Please don’t assume customization is included unless the listing specifically says so.

You already have experience with DTF, and transfer sellers are exactly the kind of customer who may buy the same type of PNG repeatedly.
