USPS has changed postage rates. USPS packages are trackable. Though, are not always scanned at each destination. Do check your tracking number first and convo if you see an issue. Priority packages have insurance up to $50, if damages occur, please send clear pictures of damage for accurate processing. Currently all FREE shipping is sent First Class. If the package exceeds the First Class shipping requirement, then the order ships Priority. There are no upgrades unless requested before purchasing.

I pride myself in creating a high quality product each and every time. Orders are shipped with a minimum of 30% Recycled material. Packaging material is re-purposed packing material. Lotion, liquid Soaps and cream products are crafted after purchase. Current waiting period is 5-14 business days for making, packaging, and labeling the product before shipping. This will not include Saturday and Sunday, nor Holidays, as I take those days off for my family.

If value is over $50, insurance is available, and encouraged, for an additional fee to the buyer.
