In most of my Instant Downloadable listings I supply both Jpeg and PDF files for your convenience. For the best results, the PDF file can be sent or taken to a local printing facility such as The UPS Store, Staples, Office Depot, or similar. These PDFs are press-ready CMYK files. The Jpeg files are RGB and can be used at an image processing lab, if necessary. Please do NOT take the [CMYK] PDF to an RGB image processing lab (such as CVS, Walgreens, etc.) , as the colors may not print as true. Ultimately is it best to ask the printer of your choice which file they prefer in order to produce the best result.

Q: I want to purchase a printable from you, but would you please change the colors and design for me?

A: I would be happy to make slight color alterations in the simple text and/or the solid background color in an item that requires personalizing if you need it, but there will be an additional charge for changing design element colors. Please convo me prior to placing your order. Please also remember that any item that is an instant download, the files are available as is immediately upon purchase, so any changes would need to be through a custom order.

Q: I like one of your Instant Download printable wall art / table sign designs but would like it to use my own custom wording. Can you do this?

A: Sure! Just message me and I would be happy to make you a custom order and let you know how to purchase those files. Please note, though, that it will cost a bit more because it is custom.

As soon as you purchase your instant downloadable item, you will automatically receive an email from Etsy letting you know your download is ready and providing you with that download link. You can also find a download link via your Etsy account (on a computer, not a cell phone). Just go to your "Purchases and Reviews" page. The download link remains associated with that particular purchase.

Instant Download files will not be personally emailed to you. It is your responsibility to download those files directly from your Etsy account.

With the exception of custom orders, proofs or examples of the item with your information will not be sent. Once the item is personalized with your information, it is complete, therefore a proof is not applicable. My prices reflect personalizing your file(s) from the information you provide at checkout and not "design by proof" after your digital files have been delivered via email. Please be sure the information you provide at the time of purchase or via convo immediately after purchase is correct. Once your digital files have been delivered to you via email, any changes (with the exception of a possible error correction on my part) may be an additional charge.

The file(s you will receive via email will be print-ready. Please never edit or re-save any of the files from any editing program after downloading. Re-saving them on your own from any editing or imaging program will convert them to pixel-based and compromise the quality and crispness.

Those files are not automatically made available for you to download upon purchase, as my turn-around time states "24 hours" for making those files for you. The download link(s) will be available through your Etsy account on your purchases/orders page as soon as they have been made and uploaded.

Please note that the Etsy app is not compatible with all cell phones and mobile devices, so your download links may not show up if you are trying to access them that way. Sign into your Etsy account through a browser or from a computer and the download links will be available once they are sent.

For guest customers, the link to download will be emailed to you from Etsy when the files have been uploaded.

Although I repeat numerous times in the titles, photos, and item descriptions of my items that what you will be purchasing are the printable files and not a physical item, unfortunately there is no way for me to force someone to read this information. Ultimately, however, it is the responsibility of the buyer to have read the item description and details, and as also stated in the item description, by purchasing they agree that they understand that the listing is for digital printable files only and that no physical item or any of the props used in the item description photo(s) will be shipped to them.

Some printables have a faux foil and/or faux glitter in the design. These elements will not print as actual glitter or foil. To bring out the best when printing these files you may want to use a gloss or pearl finish card stock. Professional printing is always recommended. All files should be printing on white.
