Question: How can I contact you and what are your working hours? Answer: We are open Monday to Friday. Although we do not officially work on weekends, we still check and reply to messages as soon as possible. Question: Can I use your designs for commercial purposes? Answer: All designs belong to La Square. You can use them for personal projects or to create and sell FINISHED PHYSICAL products. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, or giving away our digital files in any format, or using them to create new digital products for sale. Please check our Shop Policies for more details.

Shipping & Processing Time

Question: What is the processing and shipping time for physical items? Answer: Processing time: Each wooden piece or board game is carefully crafted and takes 3–7 business days to prepare before shipping. Shipping time: Orders usually arrive within 9–15 business days depending on your location. Note: Customized/personalized orders cannot be returned or refunded. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival, please contact us for a replacement. NO shipping for digital products.

Question: How should I care for my wooden products? Answer: Our wooden board games and art pieces are crafted to last. To keep them in best condition, avoid direct exposure to water or high humidity, and keep them away from direct sunlight for extended periods. Wipe gently with a dry, soft cloth to clean.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Question: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages? Answer: While we do not offer elaborate gift wrapping at this time, all items are packed securely and beautifully. If this is a gift, we can happily include a printed greeting card with your personalized message free of charge. Please leave your note at checkout!

Wholesale availability

Question: Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts? Answer: Yes, we accept wholesale orders and bulk distribution for stockists. Please send us a direct message via Etsy or email us at lasquare.info@gmail.com to discuss pricing, minimum order quantities, and timelines.

Sizing & Materials for Flowers

Question: What sizing and materials do you recommend for flower templates? Answer: Our files can be easily resized in Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, or scaled using JPG/PNG. For cutting machines, we recommend 120gsm–200gsm cardstock. For hand-cutting, normal to heavy crepe paper works beautifully. You can also use 1mm foam, fabric, or clay. A detailed size chart is included in your download link. File Delivery & Google Drive Links

Question: How do I download my files and why is there a Drive link? Answer: Most of your essential ZIP files can be downloaded directly from your Etsy confirmation email or your Etsy Purchase account. However, due to Etsy’s file size limits, larger packages or high-resolution bundles are hosted on Google Drive. You can easily access them via the Doc link provided in your Etsy download. Please save this link, as it also gives you free access to any future updates of the design!
