Since each piece is made to order, customers send back their rings to me and I offer complimentary ring resizing. The return process is only if you do not wish to keep your rings and would like a refund. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must purchase return shipping for the item.

If you believe the package was stolen, you will need to file a claim with your local post office. Due to the escalation of porch thefts, we are not responsible when USPS says your package was delivered. If this is something that has happened or are worried about please have items shipped to a secure location and follow tracking information to ensure safe delivery.

First time ring resizing is complimentary. If you still need your ring size to be adjusted, the fee is $6 per item. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and must purchase return shipping for the item.
