What kinds of silicones do you use?

We use 5 kinds of silicone for different types of molds - for polymer clay, epoxy resin, food products and much more.

The greatest preference is given to the method of payment by the system PayPal. Immediately after receiving the money, we proceed to the production of molds. We do not cancel orders. All orders are shipped according to the stated deadlines.

We have combined shipping! The price of the first listing varies from the weight of the product and ranges from $ 10 to 25,00. The price of each subsequent - from $ 0.50 to $ 4.00. The exact cost of delivery you can see in your shopping cart.

If a package is lost in transit, we will resend the item. We do not offer refunds for orders lost by shipping carriers — only a replacement will be sent. We have very strict quality control over the production of molds. All silicone molds are manufactured by degassing. We closely monitor the quality of master models and finished forms. If there is a suspicion of a mold defect: 1. All damage to the goods must be photographed and provided to us. 2. We ask to photograph the defect of the product, as well as the finished casting from this mold, where the defect is clearly visible. If the defect has been confirmed. We with the buyer privately solve the issue of compensation for the damaged goods. There can be several options.

1. Less than 20 molds – during 7 WORKING DAYS from the moment of the payment. 2. More than 20 molds – during 8 WORKING DAYS* from the moment of the payment. 3. More than 30 molds – during 10 WORKING DAYS* from the moment of the payment. 4. More than 50 molds – during 12 WORKING DAYS* from the moment of the payment. 5. More than 70 molds – during 15 WORKING DAYS* from the moment of the payment. *Orders, which include more than 2 same molds will be made 1-3 days longer. We try to fulfill all orders ahead of schedule! Shipping of the order is made on Wednesday and Saturday. P.S: Mold may have another colour. It doesn't influence on quality.

Usage Tips:
1. Handle with care: Avoid using sharp or cutting tools to prevent damaging the silicone.
2. Keep it clean: Rinse molds with water before use to remove dust. Let them air-dry on a napkin.
3. Prevent bubbles: Pour resin in layers. To speed up curing and degas, place the mold in a preheated (80°C) but turned-off oven. Use a lighter to pop surface bubbles.
4. Demold gently: Carefully peel back the edges first, then press the center to release the piece.
5. Use soap: For complex or deep molds, remove the finished product under running water with a little soap.
