With online shopping, I realize there is no way for you to see the items in person or try them on. So, I have provided detailed sizing charts in the images of each item. Please refer to the size charts in order to get the best fit. If you are between sizes please follow the guidance provided in the size chart. Since we cannot see each other in person it is up to you to choose the best fit for your size based on your measurements and the size chart measurements provided.

All of my items are made especially for you at the time of the order. I do not carry an inventory, meaning that I have no items "ready made" on hand. All items are made to order at the time of purchase. I am an independent designer, not the manufacturer. My designs are printed on products manufactured by my production partners (e.g., “Print on Demand”.) My production partner also handles fulfillment (e.g., packaging & shipping). Unfortunately, I have no control over the production schedule nor the speed of the postal carrier. Please see the item listing for a production & delivery estimate. Actual delivery date may vary somewhat depending upon the speed of the carrier (e.g., U.S. Postal Service, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Because my production partner handles manufacturing and fulfillment, I have no control over the production schedule. I cannot "rush" an order nor guarantee delivery by a specific day or date. Please see the item listing for a production & delivery estimate and allow enough time for your order to get to you when you need it.

All items are custom made to order. Once you place an order, production starts very quickly and I am not able to stop the process. This is why I am not able to accept cancellations.

My production partner will ship the item directly to you upon completion. Because all the items are custom made, my production partner does not accept returns or exchanges and therefore, it is simply not feasible for me to do so either. We do ask for your understanding
that we are a small business and returns greatly affect our ability to operate.

If you receive a damaged or defective item or if the wrong item is received, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you and our production partner to make the situation right.

All of our items start with white fabric as a base & then the print is applied on top of the fabric using a sublimation process. This is different from a process where fabric is dyed and the dye absorbs into the fabric. With sublimation, dark colors may not be as dark or rich as with a dye process. Colors may appear lighter when the garments are stretched due to the white base. This is especially true if too small of a size is ordered, causing the garment to stretch when worn. These are not considered defects. Colors may also vary due to the settings on your device or computer monitor.

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Do not use bleach. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. High temperatures during washing and drying may shrink the fabric. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Contact with rough surfaces and velcro fasteners should be avoided since they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the garment. Please note: We cannot be held responsible for damage to the garments due to failure to follow these care instructions

As noted above, I am an independent designer who works with a professional company who prints, sews, and ships all of my products for me because I do not have the equipment necessary to do these things on my own. My partner has facilities in the USA (NC & CA), in Europe (Latvia), Mexico, Canada, Japan and they are continually growing. If an item is out of stock in a US facility then it may ship from overseas. I am not able to control which location your order will ship from. My production partner makes this decision based on several factors to try to get your order completed as efficiently as possible and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
