I hand make most items you see in my shop and take pleasure in making sure that the quality of workmanship is excellent. Due to the fact that they are handmade they are individually unique, therefore, any small “imperfections” add character to the piece and give it its own uniqueness. (This applies to multiples of the same item as well.)

If your item can be washed it will be stated within the listing. Complete washing instructions will be included with your order. I have not test washed each item or type of yarn/thread being used, therefore, I am not responsible for any shrinkage and/or running of dyes. If there are no care instructions within the listing, it is an item that can either be spot clean or cannot be washed. See below care section for my recommended instructions.

My personal recommendations. If machine washable and dry-able: Wash separately to avoid color transfer; use cold water on delicate cycle; dry on low. Do not over dry. Never iron! Do not use bleach. You may want to use a mesh bag when washing in the machine to avoid any stretching. If hand washing and drying: Wash in cold water; do not scrub or twist your items. Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear. Squeeze out the water without wringing or twisting the fabric. Roll up in a clean towel and press down to remove any excess water. Remember to use a colorfast towel as the item may give off color transfer. Remove the towel, reshape your item, and all to air dry. Avoid direct sunlight. Never iron! Do not use bleach.

Please also note that each computer monitor is slightly different; therefore, colors might vary from what you see on your computer.

Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges of hair accessories due to hygiene concerns. Exchanges will be made for products of equal value, shipping and handling fees are not refundable or exchangeable. When making an exchange if the item you want is not available, due to inventory, you will need to pick another item of equal value. The buyer is responsible for shipping and handling of the items being exchanged.

If a refund needs to be issued it will be for the product price only. No refunds will be issued on shipping and handling fees. Refunds will only be issued once I have received the returned item in its original state.

If items are damaged due to shipping, please email/message me within 3 days of delivery (according to USPS tracking) with a description and photo of the problem. I will also need a photo of the shipping parcel showing any damage that may have occurred in the shipping process. I must have clear proof that the item has been damaged. If possible the item will be replaced or a store credit will be given for the same value before shipping and handling costs. If the item needs to be returned the buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.
