"IN CASE, ONCE YOU HAVE ASKED FOR REVISIONS ON ANY SELECTED THE DESIGN, WE WILL NOT REFUND ANY MONEY IN THAT CONDITION." RUSH ORDERS OR EMERGENCY DESIGN SERVICES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE IN ANY MANNER. Within the start of your project, if you remain inactive without any notice for 30 days, then it will be considered as abdicated or project completed. No refund work will be due. Turnaround time would be within 24 hours. For any other query, please do send us a message.

We do accept payment via PayPal. (Work on your project shall start after your purchase has been made and payment received to us.)

Files shall be driven to you digitally. So be happy, there are NO SHIPPING COSTS. Your purchase will be marked as shipped after sending the questionnaire to your email and you will get the Etsy shipping notification for the same.

We shall take 5-7 business days at the start of your design and 1-2 business days for further revisions. Or may soon.

Do check designs carefully and make sure that all the stuff in your design is accurate as per your need. Your final approval would mean to the accuracy of your design as you required before we e-mail final files to you.

We do not provide fonts with final files as they are our property. We can only provide you the name of any font used in your design, you can purchase/download it online.
