Hallmark introduced the first Keepsake Ornaments in 1973. Each year since, the offerings have continued to grow, featuring beloved series ornaments such as Frosty Friends, Mary’s Angels, and Puppy Love, to character ornaments such as Star Wars, Disney, Looney Tunes and Gone with the Wind. There are personalized and commemorative ornaments, hobby-themed ornaments, religious ornaments and of course, traditional ornaments of Santa, elves and snowmen and many others. There are many sources that we use to help determine values based on age, condition, popularity and rarity. We also take into consideration if there is a box and the condition of the box. Market prices fluctuate, so please keep this in mind. However, many of the Keepsake ornaments and other collectibles continue to grow in value, making them wonderful gifts and family heirlooms to pass on to family and friends.
