How long do orders take to arrive?

How long does a Helium LATEX Balloon Float?

Our High Quality Latex Balloons Float for 7-12 hours considering climate, weather conditions, and quality of helium used. We have tips and tricks to extend float times on these latex balloons up to 24 hrs! Message for more info. (High Heat conditions will lessen float time)

How long does a Helium MYLAR/FOIL Balloon Float?

Mylar Balloon will Float much longer than a Latex Balloon, 24 hours should be expected considering climate, weather conditions, and quality of helium used. If inflated a day ahead of time keep in a cool dark room for best results, until right before the party! Mylar and Foil Balloon do not use additives to float longer, only Latex balloons.

**CHOKING HAZARD** Children under eight years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once. This is a general reminder when using balloons for the safety of all persons and pets. Use responsibly.

Custom and personalized orders

Do Balloons arrive blown up?

The Balloons are sent Deflated (without air or helium in them). Unfortunately Balloons cannot be shipped inflated do to the gases used and the space they take up. Balloon Garlands are sold as Do it Yourself Kits, which allows buyers to have a creative hand at building the garlands, we of course are always available for assistance and provide professional instructions.

How do I return an order?
