ABOUT THE TEA:

Each 2oz. reusable tin is filled with hand blended, loose leaf tea that yields more than 15 cups of soothing hand-blended loose tea. Typically, one ounce of tea makes approximately 10-15 cups. For a more robust flavor experience, use more tea.

CHAI SPICE - Chai is steeped in a rich history. The name “chai” is actually the Hindi word for “tea”. In this case, the Hindi term chai means a mix of spices steeped into a tea-like beverage. The traditional ingredients in this spiced tea blend include black tea mixed with strong spices, such as cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, ginger and black peppercorns. It is typically brewed strong with milk and sweetened with sugar or honey.

**Steep approximately 1/2 TSP. in 8oz just-below-boiling water 5-7 min.**

Ingredients: Darjeeling Tea, Cinnamon, fennel, ginger, anise, cardamom, cloves and black peppercorns.

CITRUS HIBISCUS is a fruity and flavorful delight to the senses. Fragrant blades of lemon grass, red rosehips, hibiscus petals and orange peel blend harmoniously for a beautifully balanced flavor. The infusion creates a lovely pinkish purple.

**To enjoy, pour 8 oz of boiling water over 1 tsp. of tea. Steep for 3-4 minutes.**

Ingredients: Hibiscus, Rosehips, Orange Peel, Lemongrass, Lemon Peel, Lemon Oil

SLEEPY CHAMOMILE - A lovely blend of dried chamomile, lavender, and peppermint leaves intended to relax muscles and calm the mind for a good night sleep.

**Boil 8oz. of water and remove from heat. Place approximately 1/2 TSP. the tea in tea ball infuser and immerse in the water for 2-3 minutes**

Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Red Raspberry Leaf, Peppermint Leaf.

THE TEA INFUSER:

For most loose leaf tea (finely ground tea is not recommended), place 1/2 to 1 tsp. of tea in the tea ball and immerse into steaming water from anywhere between 2 and 7 minutes depending on the tea. Recommended temperatures for the water also vary according to the tea type. It's best to experiment with quantity, temperature, and time to see what your personal preferences are.

After your tea is ready, remove the tea ball and place on a saucer. You can expect to see some tea sediment in the bottom of your tea cup.

For best results: After you have enjoyed some refreshing tea time, rinse and dry your tea infuser.
