Villain Clans II: Revenge of the Deck - happy families-style card game

Brand new pack of Villain Clans, featuring 42 evil and cunning characters.
This 'sequel' to the original deck contains the same 7 types of villains (aka villain 'clans'), so now you can truly mix and match to play with your favourite baddies



From 2 to 6 players
Select 7 Villain Clans to make up the deck
Each Clan has 6 members. Collect all 6 members to complete a clan, player with the most completed clans at the end of the game wins.

Shuffle the deck and deal 6 cards to each player – 8 each for 2 players. The rest of the deck is placed face down in the middle to form a stock.

The player to the dealer’s left starts. A turn consists of asking a specific player for a specific member of a specific Clan, either by asking for the number or the Villain’s name if they know it. Clan names and numbers are at the top of each card.

To ask for a Villain, you must already hold one card for the Clan they belong to.
If the player who was asked has the right card, they must hand it over. Then, the asker may request
another card from the same person or a from a different player.
If the player who was asked does NOT have the right card, the asker picks the top card from the
stock in the middle.
If by luck the card picked from the stock is the same one the asker had just requested, they must show the other players as proof and they get another turn.
If not, the turn passes to the next player.

When a player collects all 6 Villains from a Clan,
they say ‘Villain Clan!’ and pile those cards face up in front of them, then they pick 6 cards from the top of the stock and keep playing.
Once the stock runs out, any players who still have cards keep playing until all Villain Clans are
collected.
The winner is the player with the most Villain Clans.

EXPANSION PACKS

You can swap out one Villain Clan for another from your expansion pack(s) to have a different deck, or add Clans to expand your deck and play with more players at a time.


Side game – ‘Who am I?’

From 2 to 10 players
Shuffle the deck, deal 1 card per person. Each person puts the card face up on their forehead
without looking at it. Wet the back of the card a little (a few drops will do) so that is sticks to the skin.
The card can be secured with a band, or a hair clip if needed.
The goal is for each person to guess which Villain is on their forehead, first person to guess correctly wins.
The person to the dealer’s left starts. They can only ask the other players ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ questions in order to figure out who is the Villain they were dealt.
If a player’s question is answered with ‘YES’, they are allowed to ask another question. No player may ask more than 3 consecutive questions
