This custom portrait wedding stamp with your silhouettes is perfect for decorating your boho wedding with a minimal and elegant touch. You can print this personalized portrait stamp on labels, tags, invitations, envelopes, guest gifts...

We make the silhouette by hand, no photoshop effect or automatic process, so the better is the picture and the contrast with the background the better will be the result because we can see the details better. You will see some examples on the product pictures but if you have any question about your photo please tell us. With contrasted backgrounds, we mean that if you have black hair, don't send us a picture with a black background because we cannot see where your hair ends, for example.

All our stamps are made with an artisan process and high-quality photopolymer, great material to get clean detailed prints. We mount our stamps in natural pine wooden blocks from local providers. We believe in a controlled and sustainable production.

HOW TO ORDER
1. Write at the PERSONALIZATION section all the information to include on the stamp. Purchase the item.
2. Send us an Etsy conversation or an email to etsy [!at] biterswit.com with your profile photos. The best photos are with a clear, white or contrasting background to see all the details. The highest quality you have.
3. In 1-3 business days, you will receive a mail with the design that you ordered. If you want, you will be able to make one free adjustment but a complete change is not included in the price, so you will receive a budget with the total amount.
4. Production time depends on your proof design confirmation date. We will send the proof by an Etsy conversation. Please check your Etsy account often in order to make your stamp as soon as possible. If we don't receive a response in 1-2 business days we will proceed to produce the stamp and send it in order to not delay your order. Any problems with the design are the buyer's responsibility. You can check the estimated delivery date on the product page: the section called: "Estimated delivery". Any question, please contact us :)

If in 1-2 days we do not receive your confirmation about the design proof we will proceed to produce the stamp according to our experience and your needs. We will send you the order and there will be no chance to change any product details as soon as the stamp is produced. This is to delay your or other orders and close your purchase.

NON-CUSTOM STAMPS and INK PADS
Sent with non-tracked international airmail, this way we can offer you the most affordable shipping cost possible. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you tracking number. Tracking options are available on shipping options at the checkout page. The upgrade to tracked shipping is affordable if you want to upgrade it.

ORDERS WITH CUSTOM STAMPS
You will receive the tracking number as soon as the package is sent. You can see the estimated delivery time on the same product page. The courier depends on the destination country (USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK...) You can upgrade to express shipping at the checkout page.

Non-custom stamps and ink pads are sent with non-tracked international airmail. For this reason, standard shipping doesn't provide you with a tracking number. You will not have a tracking number and therefore neither you nor we can track your order.

If you choose this method, unfortunately, we can't claim to our shipping courier if some package is lost, and for this reason, we don't accept claims for shipping issues with non-tracked packages. Hope you understand. We can send you the proof of shipment so you can see that it has been sent, but it will not have tracking information.

The shipping time is the same for standard un-tracked and tracked but with the tracking, we can know where the package is.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We aren't responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect shipping addresses. We ship to your ETSY shipping address and refunds for your order cannot be made due to this.

We do not accept returns or refunds on any CUSTOM or DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCTS. Returns are only accepted if the product is unused, in perfect condition, and with its original packaging.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. If the reason for the return is not attributed to biterswit (you don't like the stamp, for example) you will have to take care of the return and shipping costs. In this case, the product cost will be refunded, but not the shipping costs.
If the package cannot be delivered for some reason caused by the customer (incorrect postal code, non-pickup at the post office, etc) the client is responsible for the new shipping required once the package arrives
