Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Send me a message with what you have in mind. I reply fast, usually within a few hours, and I'm always up for bringing a custom idea to life.

Our customers tell us our sizing is fairly close to what they consider 'standard sizing' and when ordering their usual size for the most part it fits great! Our tshirts are slightly fitted compared to a classic shape tshirt, comparable to American Apparel if you have any experience with their shirts. We haven't heard of our garments shrinking unless they are tumble dried on high - which we do not recommend. Here's an example of usual sizing feedback we receive: "Love it! I ordered it a little larger in size based on previous reviews, so it's a little big. I would recommend ordering true to size. I've washed this tank and dried it a handful of times and haven't noticed any shrinkage. Thanks!"

When will my order ship?

Everything is printed to order, so production comes first. Most orders leave the print facility within 2 to 5 business days, usually closer to 3. Once shipped, typical delivery times are: - US: 3 to 5 business days - Canada: 5 to 10 business days - Everywhere else: 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination Add production and shipping together for your total wait, or just check the estimated arrival date Etsy shows on the listing page, which already does that math for you. Heads up for the holidays: the weeks before Christmas get busy at the print facilities, so plan on an extra 3 to 5 days if you're ordering a gift

I need to update or cancel my order. Is it too late?

Please send any change or cancellation requests within 2 hours of purchase. I send orders to production as quickly as possible, and most are already in the queue by then. This includes shipping address changes, size or color swaps, and edits to personalized items. I'll still do my best to help after the 2 hour window, but at that point changes can't be guaranteed. Double check your details before checking out and message me through Etsy right away if something looks off.

When will my order ship, and how long will delivery take?

It depends on the item. The most accurate estimate is the arrival date Etsy shows on each listing page, which factors in both production and transit time. Around the holidays, expect things to run a little slower since order volume goes up for everyone. I get orders into production as fast as I can, but once a package is with the carrier, occasional delays are out of my hands. If your order is running past the estimated date, message me and I'll look into it.
