We needed about three weeks to handcraft the bird from the very beginning to the end. It went through the process of forming, firing, glazing and again firing in the temperature of 2012°F (1100°C). The owl stands on the lacquered steel legs.

We pack the bird in the carton box with wood wool, which ensures its safe journey from our studio to your home. Moreover, it serves as a great gift wrapping.

The statue is beautiful, but it's much much darker than the image online and the head is slightly differently shaped. The Owl went away for a while, and I guess it was slightly redesigned when it came back. It's still beautiful, but it's a dark gray now instead of a very light gray, so the effect is different than I expected.
