Buyer did not specify what size nor the color. She asked for a refund the day she ordered it. I feel as though this was planned as I had to wait on information that was asked for initially. She asked to refund her because she found a cheaper version. This was not due to me not making the product. I was not able to start on her order until she responded with color and size which took 2 days. I agreed on the refund just to get past this customer.
