{ PRODUCTION TIME }
♥ REGULAR ORDER: normal processing time is 1-3 business days.
♥ RUSH ORDER (an extra charge of $5): the order will be processed on the same day, and to be shipped the following day.
♥ Mugs will be shipped under Priority Shipping method due to package weight over 1 pound.
♥ USPS Priority Mai: 1-3 business days
♥ USPS Express Shipping: 1-2 days

♥ After the order is processed and shipped, NO REFUND or EXCHANGE.

♥ If you receive a damaged mug or inaccurate information printed on the mug, please contact us immediately with pictures, we will problem solve with you.
