♥ Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you are able to track your package. I can never guarantee a delivery date and do not give refunds on items not arrived in time. ♥ I do not give refunds for orders not received on time or lost in the mail due to a delay with the USPS, as this is beyond my control. * USPS is experiencing delays in shipping due to the Covid-19 outbreak. I am not responsible for the delays, nor will I be issuing refunds for shipments received late! *

Lost & Damaged Packages

♥ Every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive an email once your order has shipped and the tracking number can be found in this email. If your package gets lost in transit, or is marked as " delivered " when you did not receive it, this is unfortunately beyond my control. We are not responsible for items once they have been shipped, and I cannot be held responsible for mistakes made by the USPS. Please contact USPS directly for more information on delayed or lost items. ♥ Any items damaged in transit must be reported to me within 24 hours of delivery and accompanied by a photo of the damaged item & packaging. We will work out a solution on a case-by-case basis.

♥ If your order is mailed back to me because you entered an old or incorrect mailing address, you will be required to pay shipping costs again for me to resend your order. Please double check that the address you have on file is correct and current!

All sales are final. If you have issues with your order please contact us.
