All our products are made to order to minimize the potential waste; plus we love to give close personal attention to each detail of your order. The payment should be done while placing the order itself. The customization of the given order will take 5-7 business days.
Note: the number of days we mentioned it is for customization excluding shipping.

We use two shipping methods: Free Shipping and Express Shipping. Free Shipping takes 15 working days to deliver the orders. Express Shipping is taking 5-7 days. Express shipping costs $18.

We will arrange fastest shipping for you at an additional charge.

As we make custom made garments, we encourage our customers to share their measurements with us so that we can make the best fit garments for them. Also, most of our garments are loose fit so our customers don't face problems with the fit. Working with us is almost like walking into a boutique and getting everything done according to your preference. If you cannot share your measurements, you can share the details like what size of which brand you wear and we will help figure out your size.

To provide our customers with a rewarding shopping experience I try my best to describe our products with clarity. We only accept return and refund if a product is damaged on delivery. Refund will be made within 7 days of the item being returned to me .To get the refund please make sure that the product is unused and the tags and other details are intact. In case the garment doesn't fit you we accept exchange for the bigger or smaller size. We do not accept returns on made to measurement pieces.

Yes! We will customize any item in our store according to your taste and measurements.

Please note we specialize in handmade garments. Our fabrics are hand dyed and all the embroideries are hand done, so they require special attention and care. We strongly recommend dry cleaning for all our embroidered items. For other garments, please hand wash them the first time separately.
You will receive the detailed alternative method guidelines inside the purchased order itself.

It's our humble request to you please double check the shipping address while placing the order. Once we ship your order we can not refund on that ground.

If you do not receive your parcel within the given time frame will ask you to wait for 7 more days .Sometimes delays happens due to some unknown reasons.After that seven days we will either replace it if material is available or we refund your money if we can not rearrange the item due to unavailability.

There are 2 ways of placing customised order:
1. Share your personal measurements in the message/note section and select the size closest to your measurements while placing the order.
2. Let us know a brand and its size you generally wear and we can use their measurements to make your garments.
